We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Tester to join our team at Amplitude Studios. As a Senior QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our new game by identifying and reporting defects, generating high-quality bug reports, and verifying bug fixes.

About the Company:

Amplitude Studios is a subsidiary of SEGA, a leading game development company. We are committed to creating high-quality games that meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other disciplines to anticipate and identify potential defects in the products.
  • Generate high-quality bug reports and verify bug fixes.
  • Identify and report risks against agreed quality thresholds for assigned features.
  • Write test cases for assigned features and create documentation for the QA teams.
  • Participate in the improvement of existing processes and propose new ones based on needs.
  • Coordinate with external quality assurance teams to regularly communicate changes and updates on the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Video Games or other similar fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent, with a specialization in PC game testing.
  • Fluent English is required; fluent French is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Xray, and Git.
  • Experience in testing in Unity or another game engine is mandatory.
  • Experience in console game testing is a plus.
