We're seeking a Midcore Game Monetization Expert to join our Casual Studio team at Voodoo. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining models of in-game economies, analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and collaborating with Game Designers, Developers, and Analysts to align economic strategies with game design goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining models of in-game economies to ensure scalability and adaptability
- Collaborating with Game Designers, Developers, and Analysts to align economic strategies with game design goals
- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Midcore Game Designer, including 2+ years as Game Economy Designer or Monetization Expert
- Strong mathematical or economic background, fluency in economic modeling and Excel/Google Sheets
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal
