Job Description

As a key member of our IT team at Showroomprive, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 people (with potential for growth) in the following areas:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our application support services.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.
  • Problem Management: Identify and resolve the root cause of incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • User Support: Provide assistance to our users, ensuring they receive timely and effective support for their application-related queries.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our application support services.
  • IT Service Management: Implement and manage our IT service management system, ensuring it meets the needs of our business.
  • Client Management: Manage our IT service management clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to our stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in application support and IT service management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Management Experience: First-hand experience in management, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
