Position: Team Leader for User Support Services
Company: Axians Outsourcing Ouest
The Team Leader for User Support Services is tasked with overseeing the provision of assistance and support to users of IT systems. This role encompasses desktop support, management of peripherals, tools (such as office applications and email), IP telephony, and various business applications.
- User Support: Handling incidents and user inquiries
- Workstation Management: Overseeing a fleet of workstations and associated devices
- Team Leadership: Guiding a technical support team to ensure high-quality service delivery
The team comprises both a call center and on-site support technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Team Coordination
- Managing and directing team members
- Planning and overseeing team operations
- Evaluating service quality and enhancing support procedures
- Designing and managing technical support workflows
- Organizing and managing resources
- Setting team objectives and negotiating workloads
- Collaborating on financial management with procurement
- Driving continuous improvement in team efficiency
- Contributing to IT strategy discussions
- Facilitating effective communication within the team
If you have a passion for team management and skill development, along with the following qualifications:
- Proven leadership capabilities (managing a team of 5 to 10 individuals)
- Strong analytical and formalization skills
- Familiarity with IT incident and request management frameworks (ITIL)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft software suites, and remote access solutions
- Competence in office software and technical English
