People Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Specialist to join our European People Services Advisory Team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support on a wide range of People activities for our French entity.
You will work closely with HR colleagues in France and report into the People Services Manager in the UK. Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks within the recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and pensions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide ad-hoc Learning & Development administration, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.
- Take ownership of People administrative and transactional services, including employee relations, compensation management, and people experience.
- Prepare and issue relevant correspondence to employees, such as contracts, change of role, promotions, and references.
- Manage administrative tasks within the leavers process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Experience in generalist People Services / HR, Payroll, Benefits administration.
- Keen interest in working in the People / HR, Payroll, Benefits fields.
- Knowledge of French employment law is an advantage.
- Process-driven, comfortable in a highly administrative role.
- Fluency in French and English.
Up to 46K€ + benefits, hybrid working policy with 3-4 days in the office per week.
