About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner & Talent Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our HR team, you will support our corporate functions and align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to contact for employees and managers at our French HQ for all HR-related queries.
- Build a High Performing Organization for Back Office functions and support the development of key strategic capabilities.
- Assist managers in planning and executing actions to maintain the right level of resources with the right skills at the right time.
- Drive talent management and development processes, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, talent attraction and acquisition, etc.
- Work closely with Group HQ to identify and implement HR best practices and initiatives of engagement at the country level.
- Keep in control the labour cost for the assigned organizational perimeter of responsibility.
- Generate reports and analyze data to uncover continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects such as diversity & inclusion, employer branding, campus management, and more.
Requirements
- Masters degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP or in Talent Management role.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, ability to influence stakeholders in an agile, international and matrix organization.
- Change agent and growth mindset, willing to go the extra mile.
- Experience in (career) coaching.
- Fluent in English and French is required.
