About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer Intern to join our team at Procter & Gamble in Blois, France. As a Process Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including optimizing processes on a production line, eliminating technical or organizational losses, and developing your own abilities through work experience, tutoring, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize processes on a production line to eliminate technical or organizational losses
  • Manage the PDCA cycle of changes and data analysis
  • Set up and monitor action plans
  • Coach operators to increase their capability

Requirements

  • Master's or Engineering School level (Bac+4/5)
  • Field: processes, mechanics, industrial engineering, automation, logistics
  • Ability to take the initiative
  • Collaborative spirit and a taste for the field
  • Good level of English
