Join Our Team as a Process Engineer Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer Intern to join our team at the Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, France. As a Process Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will help you develop your skills and knowledge in the field of manufacturing and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct observations and data collection in the field to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the PDCA cycle of changes to implement process improvements
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement a technical action plan to improve format changeover times
  • Coach operators to increase their capability and knowledge
