Essity is seeking a seasoned Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager to join our European Commercial team. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and excellence in Net Revenue Management across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Net Revenue Management culture and capability journey, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance NRM knowledge and skills across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with external partners to leverage best-in-class expertise and drive business impact.
  • Drive structured change management and organizational development to embed NRM excellence.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Excellence Team members, Regional Net Revenue Managers, and Business Development Managers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Net Revenue Management (NRM), Commercial Strategy, or Market Strategy & Planning within FMCG/CPG or Management Consulting.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in a matrix organization and achieving results in diverse and international teams.
  • In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts, including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment.
