Commercial Excellence and Net Revenue Management Director
Essity is seeking a Commercial Excellence and Net Revenue Management Director to join our European Commercial team. In this role, you will drive organisational behavioural change by partnering with markets across Europe to implement transformational NRM processes, playbooks, and trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Essity NRM processes and playbooks.
- Manage the creation and delivery of the Essity NRM Academy.
- Drive adherence and adoption of the Essity way of working.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG industry, commercial or strategic business roles.
- Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P).
- Strong organisational skills: ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent collaboration skills: experience in achieving results in a matrix organisation.
- Understanding of key NRM concepts including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to travel 20-30% per month.
