In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of the regional management team, focusing on guiding, mentoring, and managing a sales force to meet the established performance targets.
Your team will be responsible for delivering a wide array of telecommunications solutions to corporate clients, including VoIP, mobile communications, IPBX, and hosting services, specifically targeting businesses with up to 500 employees. Additionally, you will be instrumental in shaping and expanding your sales team.
- Oversee and direct the sales team
- Provide training on new products, processes, and offerings
- Coordinate efforts to achieve defined objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and portfolios of each salesperson
- Review and analyze sales call sessions
- Accompany team members on client visits
