Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Professional to join our team at Co2ai. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to pipeline generation by identifying and qualifying leads through various prospecting methods.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Nurture relationships with accounts to secure renewal and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Be accountable for data quality in our CRM and leverage it to monitor key KPIs.

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of sales experience working within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a "Startup" environment.
  • Comfortable mapping complex organizations to identify key stakeholders.
  • Deep interest in Sustainability.
