**Job Summary**
Page Executive is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our B2B sales efforts in the blockchain industry. As a Strategic B2B Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the blockchain industry
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the blockchain or Crypto industry
- Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Fluency in English is required, other languages are an added bonus
