Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will partner with the management team to achieve sales targets, build relationships with customers, and maximize sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Mastering brand and product knowledge to satisfy customer needs
  • Participating in the organization of in-store and promotional events
  • Implementing and managing the boutique's community outreach program
  • Ensuring store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained
  • Managing stock and backroom operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury
  • Computer skills, including operation of retail sales systems, Word, Excel, and email
  • An entrepreneur mindset with the ability to drive results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality
