Job DescriptionRole and ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Associate will partner with the management team to achieve sales targets, build relationships with customers, and maximize sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Mastering brand and product knowledge to satisfy customer needs
- Participating in the organization of in-store and promotional events
- Implementing and managing the boutique's community outreach program
- Ensuring store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Managing stock and backroom operations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury
- Computer skills, including operation of retail sales systems, Word, Excel, and email
- An entrepreneur mindset with the ability to drive results
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, outgoing, high-energy personality
