Job Summary:

Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving results and providing unparalleled expertise to our customers in the food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic work plans to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to new and existing customers.
  • Build strong business relationships and networks with customers, including plant staff, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide industry expertise on sanitation, safety, quality, and operations, including assisting with sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, and employee training.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of plant staff and build strong business relationships.
  • Work independently and take initiative to drive results and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dairy, food, or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
  • 2 years of technical inside sales experience in the meat, processed food, dairy, and poultry sector or the beverage and brewing sector.
  • Ability to sell value-added products to customers and work with large national and multi-national customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
