We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead our potato brand strategy and mix development efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying our potato growth strategy across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Development: Participate in the definition of our brand strategy, including brand/portfolio segmentation, in close collaboration with the marketing manager potato brand strategy & mix development.
- Innovation Mix Development: Own the development of innovation mix, including product mix, packaging, and business cases, in collaboration with channel teams and launch kits adapted to each channel.
- Brand Content Development: Develop and deploy brand content at 360°, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience.
- Team Collaboration: Foster fruitful and efficient collaboration with media & digital marketing, channel planning & activation teams, R&D team, and advertising and design agencies.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure innovation performance and market share performance are met, and collaborate with the advertising and design agencies on all potato projects.
- Marketing Background: Strong marketing background in category strategy development and innovation pipeline building.
- Experience: > 5 years of experience in an FMCG company.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Language Skills: Very strong command of English language, written and spoken.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
- Passion for Food: Passion for food.
