Job Title: Brand Manager - Appetizers Brand Strategy & Mix Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead the development of our appetizers brand strategy and mix. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying the growth strategy for our appetizers portfolio, with a focus on the Food Service and Quick Service Restaurant (FS/QSR) channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the appetizers brand strategy and mix, including product development, packaging design, and business case consolidation.
  2. Lead the development of validated customer bespoke projects, including the creation of products directly answering customer briefs.
  3. Launch kits development to support customer engagement.
  4. Brand content and asset development.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Media & Digital Marketing, Channel Planning & Activation, R&D, and Global Platform teams.
  6. Work closely with advertising and design agencies on projects.
  7. Ensure innovation quality until launch and sign off on final product design and execution.
  8. Accountable for innovation launch performance of projects.

Requirements:

  • 1st successful experience in category strategy development &/or innovation pipeline building.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an FMCG company.
  • Excellent communication skills, written & spoken.
  • Very strong command of English language, written & spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to drive engagement.
  • Passion for food.
