Senior Brand Manager Potato Brand Strategy

Le Senior Brand Manager Potato Brand Strategy & Mix Development participe à la stratégie de croissance et à son déploiement à travers les canaux de vente Retail, Food service et QSR.
Il/elle dirige le développement du mix marketing, développe et valide la conception finale du produit et construit les kits de lancement pour l'équipe Activation.
Il/elle soutient activement le Responsable Marketing Stratégie de la Marque Pommes de Terre et Mix Development dans la conception d'une stratégie de marque efficace et dirige le développement de contenu et des supports pour les projets de lancement dont il/elle est responsable.
En d'autres termes, il/elle est le champion du mix development des innovations et des matériaux de marque.

Responsabilités et comptabilités- Participe à la définition de la stratégie de la marque, y compris la segmentation de la marque/du portefeuille en coordination étroite avec le Marketing Manager potato brand strategy & mix development CE
- Est spécifiquement responsable des domaines suivants :
- Développement du mix d'innovation – y compris le mix produit, l'emballage, les études de cas en collaboration avec les équipes des canaux jusqu'aux kits de lancement adaptés à chaque canal.
- Développement et déploiement de contenu de marque à 360°.
- Marketing Médias et Digital.
- Équipes de planification et d'activation des canaux.
- Équipe R&D, spécifiquement l'équipe R&D dédiée aux pommes de terre.
- Solide expérience en marketing à la fois dans le développement de stratégie de catégorie et dans la constitution de pipeline d'innovation.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'agroalimentaire
- Excellentes compétences en communication, écrite et orale.
- Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, écrit et oral.
- Esprit analytique.
- Passion pour l'agroalimentaire.
- Bonnes compétences en gestion (au sein de l'entreprise et avec des partenaires externes).
- Capacité à passer constamment d'une vision globale à un périmètre plus petit.
- Forte capacité à résoudre les problèmes au niveau opérationnel tout en comprenant le cadre stratégique dans lequel il/elle opère.
- Agilité et orientation solution pour dépasser les défis quotidiens, permettant l'atteinte des objectifs dans les délais.
