About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Development Operations Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with regional solution development teams to implement, maintain, and enhance processes and tools that empower them to achieve their order intake targets and deliver solutions and quotations to customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of harmonized, highly automated tools to SD EMEA users, covering requirements definition, tool development, testing, implementation, and training.
  • Support the increase in efficiency of SD processes.
  • Manage the delivery timeline and budget of tools and process implementation and improvement projects, leading Change Controls Boards and working with key stakeholders to drive solutions that optimize tools and community satisfaction.
  • Support users by diagnosing issues, running training sessions, and being a go-to person for tools support within EMEA SD.
  • Collaborate with functional and global teams to support the delivery of global and regional costing-related priorities and drive competitiveness and innovation.
  • Resolve complex operational-related matters, facilitate relationships, and act with integrity.
  • Proactively recommend solutions to improve performance and execution of processes within SD and drive the exchange of ideas, developments, and wishes from the community.
  • Interface with global roles, such as GSO and GPS, where required, and interact with other EMEA communities to drive harmonization across SD EMEA.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in a global, fast-paced, innovative, engineering/technology company.
  • Proven track record of using data and metrics to evaluate needs, drive change, and measure impact.
  • Analytical skills using Excel, SQL database, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Able to navigate competing priorities, flexible, and capable of adapting to a constantly changing business environment.
  • Agile/Scrum experience would be helpful for the role.
  • Customer focus and ability to deliver results.
  • Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
