Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Block Coordinator to join our team at STAN LE SCOLAN. As a key member of our clinical department, you will be responsible for leading a team of coordinators and ensuring the smooth operation of our block.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of coordinators and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve block efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Monitor and analyze block performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a Block Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
