About the Role:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a Work Assistance Establishment that supports individuals with disabilities. This role is based in a facility located in the Occitanie region.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position.
Facility Overview:
* A Work Assistance Establishment;
* Approximately 80 placements available;
* Serving adults with intellectual and/or psychological disabilities, aged 18 to 60 years.
- Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and organizing production activities;
* Supervising and coordinating the efforts of the team;
* Ensuring adherence to quality and safety regulations;
* Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of production processes;
* Upholding hygiene and safety standards relevant to the operations;
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations within the ESMS sector;
* Safeguarding the rights of users.

Compensation:
In accordance with the collective agreement CCN 51.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* A Graduate Certificate in Supervision Functions and Management of Social Intervention Units, or an equivalent Level 6 Diploma, along with relevant experience in a similar role. Familiarity with the Protected and Adapted Work sector is preferred.

* Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
