Job Title: MEC Project Manager

Join Kenvue, a leading consumer health and personal care products company, as a MEC Project Manager. This role involves overseeing the implementation and rollout of the MEC solution across the EMEA region, ensuring successful implementation of global Supply Chain Planning processes while considering country-specific localizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Verify and provide feedback on Supply Chain Planning processes across all countries for BRs.
  2. Ensure business requirements are defined for the solution, progress is communicated within the business community, and the solution meets design requirements.
  3. Act as the single point of contact for Supply Chain Planning Processes on the design, build, validation, and launch of the MEC process.
  4. Provide requirements for detailed design for gaps identified during the design phase and review and verification of the build of those gaps.
  5. Collaborate with the test and training team as it relates to the Supply Chain Planning Process in MEC for their respective deliverables.
  6. Support the change management and deployment team on the business cutover during go-live of different regions as it relates to the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Processes.
  7. Provide support during the Launch and Hypercare phase of the MEC project for all countries for BR1 – BR4 as it relates to the Supply Chain Planning Process and functional areas.
  8. Collaborate closely with different regions to come up with comprehensive scaling plans for both EM and Suppliers.
  9. Act as the Planning business interface with the program team.
  10. Perform, complete, and approve UAT.
  11. Prepare and present Supply Chain Planning project updates at EMEA Governance forums.
  12. Support business process improvements as it relates to the implementation of MEC into day-to-day operations.
  13. Use strong business knowledge, technical skills, and sound judgment to effectively assess risk, develop contingencies, and determine when to elevate issues.
  14. Develop an in-depth understanding of the MEC project, associated technologies, and supply chain to ensure sound decision-making from project chartering, through design, development, and implementation, resulting in successful project implementation.
  15. Support onboarding of new suppliers into the MEC tool once implemented.
Accountabilities:
  1. Support the global rollout of the MEC solution across all countries in all BRs.
  2. Align on roadmap priorities for MEC and drive implementation of the Project.
  3. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure individual and team deliverables are completed as per timeline.
  4. Support build, validation, and testing of the proposed tool as it relates to the procurement areas.

REQUIRED:
  1. Experience in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.

PREFERRED:
  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of work experience.
  2. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  3. Work experience in Supply Chain Planning and Project Management.
  4. Knowledge of Multi Enterprise Collaboration systems preferred.
  5. Systems Knowledge within ERP systems (e.g., JDE; SAP; APS).
  6. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to create, cultivate, and implement change.
Additional Requirements:
  1. Travel: Travel will be minimal but may be required for atypical needs such as workshops, training, and/or supplier visits.
  2. Other: Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
  3. Policies: Know and follow Kenvue policies and procedures as they relate to the area of responsibility.
