About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Manager (F/H) for a 6-month internship starting in July 2024. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for animating the Thales communities through its various social media accounts, in collaboration with the Group's Social Media Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Animate the Thales communities through its various social media accounts, in collaboration with the Group's Social Media Manager.
- Produce digital content for the Group's external platforms.
- Monitor reactions to publications and generate analytical reports to evaluate their success.
- Ensure translation, mainly from French to English.
- Manage social media projects, including employee advocacy.
Requirements
- Understand technical subjects and make them accessible to a diverse audience.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the web, its culture, and the interaction between online media, social networks, and institutional content.
- Master social media and technophile communities, and preferably have experience in community management.
- Have excellent writing skills in French and English, and preferably in one or more other languages.
- Show creativity in proposing relevant content, linked to business news, R&D, and business.
- Manage the validation process of contents autonomously.
- Be oriented towards KPIs, justifying the impact and return on investment of communication actions carried out. Ideally, have a good knowledge of Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or any other solution for measuring the impact of online communication actions.
