About the Role
SFR Business, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a skilled Channel Manager to join our team. As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ICT partners and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of ICT partners, including formation, certifications, budget management, and rebate tracking.
- Align partner management with SFR Business's development strategy.
- Define objectives with partners and propose plans for animations and commercial actions.
- Ensure effective communication with SFR's commercial departments and partner teams.
- Monitor major projects and contribute to obtaining the best possible purchasing conditions.
- Pilot governance at both C-Level and business levels.
- Monitor certification levels to optimize expertise according to SFR's strategy.
- Participate in various instances, including partner committees, business reviews, technical reviews, and certification committees.
- Organize planning and participation of SFR teams in partner events.
- Interact with AVV and Operations departments to ensure the best technical expertise.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the ICT partner ecosystem, with experience in cybersecurity.
- Strong relational skills for daily communication at all levels, both internally and with partners.
- Good level of autonomy and ability to structure follow-up and action plans, ensuring high-quality reporting.
- Fluency in English for communication with partners and SFR teams.
