Become a key player in our Operations team as a Partner Relations Manager
The Operations division is dedicated to facilitating support, managing administrative tasks, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring satisfaction for both customers and partners.Our Operations team is segmented into three main areas:
End User Support: A team focused on enhancing the experience for individual users of the Gymlib application. Corporate Client Management: A team that specializes in nurturing relationships with our corporate clients, streamlining internal processes for efficiency. For the 'Partner Relations' segment, we are seeking an individual who will prioritize partner support, emphasizing partner satisfaction and the development of support mechanisms. Key responsibilities include addressing partner inquiries, managing operational tasks related to partner compensation, refining processes, and monitoring issues.
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B communication and partner satisfaction initiatives Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Capability to prioritize tasks and handle high-pressure scenarios Proficiency in English Training Objectives:
Gain mastery of tools and respond to partners within a 10-hour timeframe Become adept at onboarding, compensation, and technical assistance for partners Ensure partner satisfaction and effective issue tracking
