Job Title: Senior Associate - Development Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate - Development Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with end users in French, performing basic troubleshooting, and working towards technical resolution within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and troubleshoot Shopfloor Applications and workstations located in Factory sites at Belfort/Bourgogne, France.
  • Resolve technical issues raised by Business users, clients, or internal stakeholders directly or through ticketing systems/mail/phone calls using SOPs/KBAs/KT docs.
  • Create tickets in ServiceNow on behalf of end users.
  • Coordinate with vendors for COTS applications and follow up until fixes are implemented and tracked to closure.
  • Manage and resolve production incidents, including Application outages, job failures, system/data defects, Feature/Functionality failures, and Workstation issues.
  • Take ownership of tickets in ticketing tools and ensure they are updated with work notes, status updates, and resolution notes.
  • Test application features and understand testing tools.
  • Patch activity scheduled during weekends (as and when required with less frequency).
  • Document KBAs/SOPs and prepare RCAs for problem tickets.
  • Propose CSIs and add value to the Business.
Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
  • Candidate should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering from any university in Belfort.
  • Good knowledge of VB6, Java, AWS.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts.
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle DB.
  • Basic knowledge of GIT.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English and have strong customer focus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible to work during weekends on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Willingness to learn all the technology required at work.
  • Ability to handle Business user calls, manage, and mentor teams.
  • Ability to learn and apply new processes and tools.
  • Technical understanding of products/services and/or ecosystem being supported.
