We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team at INDG. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a critical role in architecting and optimizing partnership operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and elevate the Partnership Operations: Analyze and refine partnership processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Implement tools and systems to enhance productivity, including forecasting & reporting.
- Collaborate with Partnership and other Teams: Partner with Partnership, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align processes with business objectives. Co-own partnership metrics, forecasting, and performance analysis with the RevOps team.
- Ensure CRM & Partnertack Data Accuracy and Hygiene: Work with Partnership team to maintain accurate CRM & Partnerstack data hygiene and integrity. Regularly audit and update customer information to ensure data accuracy.
- Design and Implement Process Improvements
- Generate Data Insights and Analysis: Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations and insights for decision-making. Generate standard recurring customer health reports, renewal forecasts, and churn analysis.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert and Main Point of Contact
- Collaborate in Strategic Initiatives and Track Project Progress
- +2 years of experience in a similar role or in a SaaS company with an understanding of revenue processes.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts.
- Comfortable navigating dynamic environments and managing stakeholders.
