About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Bold. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing processes and customer journey flows to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency and productivity in Customer Success Operations.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align processes with business objectives.
- Ensure Planhat data accuracy and hygiene.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in a revenue operations role in a B2B SaaS company.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to communicate with both technical teams and revenue leaders.
- Ability to own your function: strategic thinking, proactivity, project planning and execution, stakeholder management.
