We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator and Internal Communications Specialist. This is a 3-6 month internship opportunity that will provide valuable experience in event planning, internal communications, and human resources.
**Responsibilities:**
As an Event Coordinator and Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of internal events and communications campaigns.
- Coordinating with the HR department to develop and implement internal communication strategies.
- Supporting the development of content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social media.
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of internal communications materials, such as posters, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
