Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Account Manager to join our team at Arrow France SAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships in the existing customer base.
- Maintain communication with customers and ensure their satisfaction of our Digital Solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to generate Digital revenue.
- Orient customers based on market and platform information.
- Help identify/resolve campaign performance issues and coordinate with our team to implement the required next steps.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in France.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business related studies obtained or will be obtained within the last two years.
- Business fluent French and English (oral & written).
- Flexibility and geographical mobility.
- Creative and outside-the-box thinking.
