Graduate Account Manager

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Account Manager to join our EMEA Graduate Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
- Sales Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, develop and execute sales strategies, and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business-related studies, obtained or to be obtained within the next 2 years.
- Language Skills: Business fluent French and English (oral and written).
- Location: Saint-Priest, France (Allée du Lazio).
- Time Type: Full-time.
