About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Lead to join our Client Services team at Amundi Technology. As a Senior Client Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Client Success Plans to achieve client strategic outcomes
  • Orchestrate the delivery of Client Success Plans within Amundi Technology and beyond
  • Lead the Client Success team, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify ways to continuously improve client satisfaction
  • Accountable for customer requests resolution and client support team capacity, motivation, and stability
  • Roll out CS best practices and escalate to pools of expertise inside AMT and beyond to maximise CS productivity
  • Identify upselling opportunities for the RM to close and organize billable man-days with Relationship Manager
  • Lead the monthly operational client meetings, co-lead the Customer Service review semi-annually, and lead the Customer Success team weekly meetings
  • Report client strategic updates to AMT executive level
Requirements
  • Master's level relevant university degree, preference for finance, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related degrees
  • At least 10 years' business experience, with 5+ years of support management experience in the delivery/support of a technology platform
  • Prior experience as part of a management team (lead role with plan, resource, and issue/change responsibilities) that successfully managed a full life cycle implementation
  • Experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation, review, and presentation
  • Knowledge of Investment value chain, Front-to-Back Office processes, and IT/Software
  • Fluent French and English
