As a Quality Solutions Expert - IT Business Services, you will be responsible for delivering Ceva's business strategy through technology. This involves shaping opportunities, supporting the Quality department in defining the vision, and translating business requirements into detailed solutions. The main objectives will be to enrich CQMS, the Ceva QMS solution, as part of the Quality processes digitalization initiative, and roll it out to our different entities. You will work closely with clients to collect business requirements and ensure final customer satisfaction through on-time, on-cost, on-quality solution delivery. You will also provide guidance and awareness on data generated by AQ processes to maximize analysis and value delivered by the systems. Additionally, you will provide a strong functional and technical expertise of the solutions covering the Quality processes with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the core model features and how it may be leveraged to meet business requirements for projects or changes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Quality processes, including CAPA, Deviation, SOP, and Audit management. They will also have experience in systems delivery, with a focus on packaged software product implementation. Additionally, they will be proficient in Business Adoption and have excellent communication skills.
