**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support Key Account Managers in identifying new business opportunities, focusing on Logistics Players, Cargo Owners & Urban Logistics & Last Mile Delivery actors.
* Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
* Conduct market research and analysis to support KAMs in identifying new business opportunities.
* Maintain and update customer databases with relevant client information.
* Coordinate and schedule regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients in line with KAM recommendations & tactics.
* Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Support the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
* Contribute to Sales processes creation, maintenance, and improvement.
* Monitor sales performance and generate reports to track progress against targets.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
* Fluent English and French language skills.
* Ability to work in an international team and environment.
* Driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for customer satisfaction and service quality.
