We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead our team in project activities, defining solutions from both technical and architectural perspectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project success, supporting presales activities, and addressing technical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Lead team members in project activities, ensuring solution definitions meet technical and architectural requirements.
- Support presales efforts by working with sales teams to define client solutions, including technical skill and personnel day requirements.
- Address technical issues, providing solutions to support L1 teams.
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- 4+ years of direct ServiceNow experience.
- ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least two modules: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM (Event Management), HR, SAM, CMDB, or microcertification in various areas, including Performance Analytics.
- Demonstrate strong technical competences, having worked on projects covering multiple modules.
- Strong technical communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ServiceNow Development Platform, including ITSM, ITOM, Change Management, Custom Development, and other modules.
- 5-8 years of experience in Client Facing Communications (oral and written).
- Experience with PowerShell, SQL/Oracle, monitoring tools (Nagios, Dynatrace), and data center monitoring solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow technologies/modules, such as Incident and Change Management (ITSM), Project/Portfolio Suite (ITBM), Discovery/Asset Management (ITOM-CMDB), Service Portal, HR service Portal, HR Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, and Event Management (ITOM – Event Management). We offer a competitive salary of $120,000-$180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
