Position Overview & Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager within Dassault Systèmes, you will oversee the execution and delivery of customer-centric service projects, ensuring the promotion of sustainable business practices in alignment with our methodologies.

Your key responsibilities will include:


• Bringing over 10 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services, with significant involvement in solution definition, development, implementation, and application support across at least 5 full-cycle PLM projects.


• Demonstrating more than 5 years of project management expertise, recognized through your professional achievements and academic qualifications (such as PMI PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).


• Focusing on the High-Tech and/or Transportation & Mobility sectors, possessing a deep understanding of the core business processes relevant to these industries.


• Being well-versed in at least one leading PLM vendor's solutions and technologies.


• Having over 3 years of experience working in diverse cultural and national contexts, with strong communication skills in English.


• Holding a degree in Engineering or Science (Master's preferred, or Bachelor's with 12+ years of industry experience).

Your primary tasks will encompass:


• Managing projects based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring successful project outcomes through quality service delivery and high customer satisfaction.


• Applying Dassault Systèmes' project management methodologies and best practices to effectively achieve project KPIs (business results, delivery quality, timelines, financial metrics, etc.).


• Timely identification, analysis, and reporting of project status, risks, and issues under the supervision of the IS PMO; proactively proposing and aligning corrective measures with stakeholders to enhance project performance.


• Leading and motivating project team members to foster efficient collaboration among various Dassault Systèmes business units and the joint project team, including customers and partners.


• Managing customer-oriented business cooperation with C&SI and service partners.


• Supporting the IS Services Business Partner and the Dassault Systèmes account team in business development initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 9+ years of experience in services and consulting within PLM.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Familiarity with mainstream PLM solutions and technologies; strong knowledge of 3DS products is advantageous.
  • A solid background or field experience in Transportation & Mobility industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing service projects.
