Strategic Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic production schedules to meet commercial and clinical product demands.
  • Collaborate with external partners to optimize supply chain operations and resolve potential disruptions.
  • Monitor and correct supply plan deviations to ensure timely delivery of products.

Virtual Plant Team Lead:

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive production activities and resolve demand and supply imbalances.
  • Manage timelines for internal and external production activities to ensure seamless execution.

Supply Chain Planning:

  • Drive the global supply planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and demand management.
  • Develop and communicate supply scenarios and recommendations to stakeholders.

Purchase Order Management:

  • Issue purchase orders and track invoices to ensure timely payment and inventory management.
  • Monitor execution against supply plans to identify areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Identify and resolve inventory issues to minimize stockouts and overstocking.

Project Management:

  • Lead department projects to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Support long-term market supply and geographical expansion initiatives.

Performance Metrics:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities with contract manufacturers (CMOs) to optimize supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in contract manufacturing, capacity planning, and sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to drive business results and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
