Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely reminders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional communication and support.
  • Drive our online presence by creating engaging content and enhancing our social media platforms.
  • Prepare and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing creativity and logistical expertise.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely completion of projects and delivering exceptional service levels.
  • Manage billing and invoicing processes, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Organize and prioritize emails, flagging important communications for timely responses.
  • Embody a 'no job too small' mindset, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist who possesses exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills for clear client communication and social media content creation.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and enhancing online engagement.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and financial document preparation.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and addressing client needs effectively.
