- Data analysis and reporting skills to track program performance, assess KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in resource management tools to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
- Experience with change management tools and methodologies to address changes within the program.
- Knowledge of financial management tools to oversee program budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation.
- Understanding of quality management tools and techniques to ensure that program deliverables meet business needs and are aligned with organizational goals.
- Fluent written and spoken English and a second language a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
