Job Summary

As a Delivery Manager at Xiaomi Technology, you will be responsible for leading the delivery team to achieve targets, organizing and monitoring the end-to-end delivery fulfillment, coordinating with all involved parties, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will also be responsible for implementing delivery programs at the KA level, monitoring and analyzing delivery KPIs periodically to improve operational efficiency, and coordinating with customers to share the weekly delivery plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery team to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Organize and monitor the end-to-end delivery fulfillment process
• Coordinate with all involved parties to ensure smooth delivery
• Implement delivery programs at the KA level
• Monitor and analyze delivery KPIs periodically to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with customers to share the weekly delivery plan

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field
• Good data analytical and communication skills
• Good speaking and writing skills in English, French, and Chinese
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure
