Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, managing Level 1-2 tickets, and providing solutions covering the full product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage Level 1-2 tickets and troubleshooting
- Assess and resolve more complex issues requiring greater specialization
- Manage escalations to Level-3 support as necessary
- Proactively collect requirements and design team processes and work streams as needed
- System design, including integration with multiple other systems
- Identify large technical problems in existing systems and identify multiple possible solutions
- Develop deep understanding of platform offerings and architecture
- Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert between Proximus Luxembourg and Google
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in working with computer systems and computer networks, specifically with the Linux operating system
- Any security clearances required by the country or countries you are supporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with support work
- Experience working directly in a customer-facing role
- Experience in troubleshooting OS, network equipment, and software
- Experience troubleshooting hardware or network related issues using Linux-based tools
- Experience in troubleshooting Kubernetes production environments
- Industry accredited Certification on Cloud technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud services like Compute and Storage
- Experience with Storage technologies (Netapp, etc.)
