We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Healthcare Professional at the Pharmacy and Sterilization Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the pharmacy and sterilization units, ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical services, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy and sterilization units, including the management of stock, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical services, including the control and monitoring of medications and medical devices.
- Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, nurses, and other support staff.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to pharmacy and sterilization services.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. pharmacy, nursing, healthcare administration) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy or sterilization department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
