Become a key player as an Identity Management Specialist
We invite you to be part of our dynamic Active Directory and Identity Management team at Dassault Systèmes Amériques. In this role, you will take charge of integrating external organizations during mergers, establishing and executing security best practices within Microsoft ecosystems, and deploying innovative solutions to improve Active Directory integration.
As a member of an international team, you will collaborate with colleagues from diverse locations worldwide. Your duties will encompass spearheading Active Directory administration projects, overseeing integrations with external partners, maintaining services, working closely with security teams, and providing advanced support for Active Directory and Identity Management challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Active Directory administration projects and apply CIS Benchmark standards
- Facilitate Active Directory integrations with external partners
- Establish and implement security best practices within Microsoft ecosystems
- Ensure the maintenance of Active Directory services in accordance with industry standards
- Collaborate with security teams to identify and implement security enhancements
- Stay informed on security topics related to Microsoft environments
- Automate processes and develop documentation for new solutions
- Assist in the rollout of new Active Directory policies
- Provide advanced support for Active Directory and Identity Management challenges
- Conduct root cause analyses for service disruptions
- Ensure Active Directory adheres to organizational policies
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Active Directory architecture and management
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory architecture and deployment
- Expertise in AD, ADFS, PKI within Windows Server environments
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Hyper-V environments
- Familiarity with Azure AD integration and management
- Experience in integrating applications with Azure AD
- Ability to diagnose Active Directory issues
- Knowledge of Linux system integration with Active Directory is advantageous
