Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Financial and Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative and financial operations. Reporting directly to the General Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounting, budgeting, and payroll within the company.
- Oversee tender processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized organization, with a strong emphasis on human resources management. Proficiency in SAGE accounting software, MS Office Suite, and SILAE/DESK RH is essential.
