Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior CRM and IT Officer to become a vital part of our team at Paris Society. This role focuses on the administration and upkeep of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and associated technological tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing the use of CRM systems to improve member interactions and enhance operational workflows. Collaboration with IT teams to resolve technical challenges and implement new features will also be essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the CRM system, including setup, upkeep, and user education.
  • Maintain data integrity and uniformity within the CRM platform.
  • Offer technical assistance to internal personnel regarding CRM and other departmental IT resources.
  • Work alongside development teams to tailor and improve CRM features according to departmental requirements.
  • Engage in the analysis of member data to uncover trends and support marketing strategies.
  • Identify the technological needs of teams and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
  • Document operational workflows related to CRM and relevant technological tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficient in data analysis and database management.
  • Capable of troubleshooting technical issues and proposing creative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
