Marketing Assistant Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Intern to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and gaining valuable experience in the industry.

About the Role

The Marketing Assistant Intern will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the marketing team with press launches, events, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Assisting with the organization and management of press launches and events
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure 360-degree launches that are strategically aligned across brand teams
  • Supporting consumer engagement related topics, including paid, earned, and owned media strategies
About Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating market requests for visuals and guidelines
  • Developing creative briefs to adapt brand visuals for online, social, or in-store purposes
  • Supporting the design of 360-degree go-to-market presentations, including consumer marketing elements
  • Leading the compilation of post-launch reports and extracting findings and insights
  • Designing content creation briefings based on trends for our Pro Artist team
  • Monthly reporting of social network performance and ad-hoc analysis through social listening tools
  • Monthly reporting of CRM performance and services
  • Following up with markets on paid media budgets and allocations
  • Supporting markets with influencer collaborations
  • Conducting competition analysis on offline and online campaigns
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be available for 6 months starting January 2025
  • Have a minimum education level of Bac 4/5 or Business school (or on track to graduate)
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 previous internships or work experience
  • Be fluent or have a strong understanding of English
  • Be eligible to work in France
