Role Overview:

As a member of the institutional communication and public relations team, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the organization of public relations activities. Working closely with your supervisor, you will engage in the following tasks:

  • Assist in the creation and formatting of email communications (including corporate newsletters and event invitations) while managing contact databases and CRM systems to develop directories and contact lists for various stakeholders, including media representatives, influencers, and thought leaders;
  • Facilitate the importation and exportation of data within the CRM platform;
  • Greet and register attendees at exhibitions and events.

Candidate Profile:

You should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a keen interest in the fields of science and technology, and a passion for networking with relevant contacts. Your goal is to refine your expertise in this domain to contribute positively to a museum environment.

Additionally, you are eager to enhance your productivity and develop your skills in technical contact research and management. You will learn to apply a classification system using matrices to improve your organizational capabilities and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be expected to share innovative ideas within a collaborative team setting. You are recognized for your organizational prowess, attention to detail, and focus.

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in digital communication with an emphasis on data and contact management.

Previous experience through internships, apprenticeships, or volunteer roles in a related capacity is preferred.
