Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cluster F&B Manager to oversee all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurants and bars. The ideal candidate will maintain exceptional customer service levels, ensure compliance with brand standards, and set departmental targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all F&B operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with Accor's brand standards and policies.
- Develop and implement departmental targets, work schedules, budgets, and policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in managing large F&B operations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive revenue growth and attract clients.
- Strong F&B cost and payroll control skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Micros/Symphony program.
- Fluent English language skills.
