Your Responsibilities- Manage user requests through ticketing systems, efficiently addressing technical issues and providing timely solutions.
- Offer direct phone support to users, resolving their questions and concerns regarding management applications with a focus on clear communication and empathy.
- Contribute to the functional administration of our management solutions, including user account management and system maintenance tasks.
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent listening and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of autonomy. A genuine interest in IT tools and a passion for providing exceptional customer service are essential qualities for success in this role.
