Financial Director

o2switch, a leading provider of domain name registration, web, and cloud hosting services in France, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial matters, including administration, accounting, control, business analysis, reporting, forecasting, data/BI, HR administration, treasury, tax, legal, and compliance.
As a key member of the management team, the Financial Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to scale and grow o2switch internationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transaction services, corporate finance, or audit, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
The Financial Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing business cases for national and international organic expansion
- Identifying bottlenecks in operations and driving professionalization of the finance function and entire organization
- Linking o2switch with Group Finance and Group Business Development
- Fluently speaking French and English
The successful candidate will have excellent Excel and PPT skills, with PowerBI experience being a plus. A Master's degree in accounting/finance is required.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English
- Background in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or Audit
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent Excel and PPT skills
- PowerBI experience
- Masters in accounting/finance
